Amazon, an Unexpected Empire

    Amazon started as being a small online store that sold books and electronics and is now today a very large powerful corporation. Amazon has expanded to sell almost anything you can imagine! And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Not only do they have a large inventory, but they also offer an abundance of services: a video streaming service, music streaming service, web hosting program, video game production, cell phone service, along with others! In just the past couple of years, Amazon has even begun to open up physical stores, as well as offer a selection of fresh produce and grocery items to be delivered the same day to your doorstep! With so many useful services, it is no surprise that today Amazon is a company that most Americans, as well as non-Americans, use daily. 
    
    Amazon not only provides many convenient services to the consumer, it also has brought many jobs for people who were previously unemployed. Amazon offers a range of jobs, warehouse jobs, corporate jobs, tech jobs, and even delivery jobs as they also have their own Amazon delivery vehicles! The company has all there is to offer!

    Amazon has had a positive impact on our society. It has changed the way we do our shopping drastically and brought thousands of new jobs overnight. The name of the company, Amazon, has become a regular household word in our society today. I think the company will remain in such a strong position for a long time. Who knows? We may soon be seeing Amazon bots walking around that we can interact with and purchase things from instead of vending machines! I look forward to seeing what the future holds.

My Writing Goals

    I am most comfortable writing fictional short stories or creative pieces. I have written short fan fiction stories based on characters from popular TV shows and movies. I have also written my own thoughts in a blog/journal. I have written most of my stuff privately in a journal. I have also uploaded some stuff on various blogs or message boards. I have posted some stuff anonymously and some stuff on my personal blog. Nothing has ever been published or written in exchange for money.      I write to get my feelings out of my head.
